Program Description

The Hospitality and Tourism Management Program is a 4-year bilingual curriculum offering students who look for the course that is practical-based learning, produces graduates with Trilingual proficiency, provides an internship opportunity, as well as a job-guaranteed training in the Hospitality and Tourism Industry. Students will learn the key principles and codes of conduct in hospitality and tourism industry along with management skills such as Knowledge of Gastronomy, Service Psychology and Cross-cultural Communication, Personality Development, Food & Beverage Service, Hospitality Entrepreneurship, Marketing Management for Hospitality & Tourism, Leadership and People Management, Hospitality & Tourism Logistics, MICE Management, Spa & Wellness Business Management, Tourism Operation & Management, Creative Community-based Tourism, F& B Cost Management, Front Office Operation and Management, Food Safety Management, Cultural Arts of Thai & Western Cuisine, Nutrition for Health and Aesthetics, Heath and Aesthetic Care, Thai Massage for Health. The HTM program is divided into subjects according to curriculum standards of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation in a total of 127 credits as follows:
